475 VISA, PRESENTLY IN SA, WANT TO MOVE TO REGIONAL VICTORIA

DEAR SUSAN,

 

Hi, presently i m on 475 visa and i m in adelaide and i want to move to regional victoria. Could u please inform i could move or not.

One thing is clearly mentioned  in my visa that, i can live anywhere in australia except metropolitan areas, condition 8539.

Yes, you can move as long as you stay away from Melbourne itself. 

 

However you must notify the Immigration Departments in SA and VIC respectively that you have decided to move.  You can get the contact details via the link below:

There would be severe hassle if you do not notify both States, so please remember to do it, OK?
