Hi I noticed that ACT has changed the financial criteria for sponsorship-however they do have a financial form which must be submitted stating what assets etc you have-it says it must be signed by a notary or solicitor or other government official- does any one know what the other govt officials could be and could this include a local govt Councillor? also they say that the papers must be provided when asked for by SMB-  at what point in the process will they most likely ask for this proof? has any one any experience of this?

hoping for a reply but I know it is not the most popular state although beautiful :)
