All documents sent. How long it would be now

Dear Susan

Case officer requested for all documents including Medicals and PCCs. I had sent the documents one week ago. My online status says all documents have been received. Now how long it will take to finalize my application? Some people told me that I will get my application finalized within two to three months. Is that true?

Also, If I complete my Bachelors in Business Management in Australia, then will it be considered valid for one professional year and get me extra 10 points to apply for Permanent Residence under Visa subclass 485?
