Hi Prasanna

It means that all your documents have been reviewed and found to be correct. DIAC might now undertake other checks, such as verification of employment etc., it depends on the way your CO manages their cases, but you are over the hurdle of worrying about the paperwork you sent with your documentation.

The time it will take for a grant letter to be issued depends on a number of things, but you are well on the way now.

Dear Susan,

Just one thing. Yiu have said above that they would carry out verificatoins. I changed my employer recently and I did not know that I should inform that change and today one of my firends told that I have to inform it. WHat should I do now? Is it mandatory to inform it?

I think you should write your CO officer very soon regarding the change of your employer. If there any employemnt verification it may create problem.

It's a must...
Change of circumstances includes job change scenarios.
So it's mandatory to inform them even if u change your employer after visa grant but before departing to Australia.

DEAR PRASANNA,

Inform immediately to your case officer about change your employer. Your documents are met now your next turn is about your job verification. If DIAC contacts your previous employer and your old employer said that you have left your job then you visa application is refused, because DIAC dont have any information about your new employer.

Inform the DIAC immediately.

Please also send your new experience letter by mentioning your current duties.

Please tell your visa application date, if you dont mind.

Thanks all.

Actually it's my fault, even I couldn't tell my agent. I will contact the agent tomorrow and send the new letter of appoinment.

I lodged the application in June 2009

Thanks again for the instructions. I am really worried and feel whether I am already too late.
