I am now getting into the full throws of emigrating - have decided to do this without paying nearly £2000 for an agent but I am not sure about a professional reference that I need for my ANMC skills assessment. Does anyone have an idea of what needs to be included as a midwife. My manager has said she doesnt know what she needs to put so if I find out, I can do a template for her and she will sign it. I know it needs to be more detailed that a basic 'I know this person and she is good at her job' etc
