I came across different articles, which states that language barrier is a significant obstacle in non-English(mother tongue) migrants landing jobs. I am confident on my general English communication, but I a little worried about catching up with the Aussie accent. Even if can't talk with the accent, I think sometimes I might find it hard facing a interviewer with a strong Aussie accent. Can anyone suggest me any TV program or Aussie movie, audio book or web-site? Anything that helps, will do.

Another thing, if anyone knows any good recruiting agent that helps new immigrants to land jobs in Australia, would be a real help if he/shares the information here.
