where are you from?Do tou affect by cap and cease? Do you have any updated news about this capping and ceasing or do you know some body has received refund after sending refund application form? However great exercise. I will send emails to those addresses.

Yes Mr. Pawar,
It's great thing to do... Well, I think the idea of Cap and Cease is very bad thing. Some of my friends in Australia are saying that Cap and cease of Pre September applicants is not going to work.... Because not a single applicant has got the money back as yet...So All the Pre September applicants are still in the system.

After long time. I know you are confusing that your occupation not in the schedule 3 and there for not to start to process again yet. How ever if I get refund in the future australian govenment should thank me (as well as other applicants) to gave interest free long to them to built their nation. Bad people....

Yes I am not on (SOL)Schedule 3... So it does not mean that my application will be held for such a long time. Situation in Australia is totally unpredictable. Well I am sure that no one from Pre September batch has get the refund back as yet. So it means that this policy is out dated.

But according to their web it will take to approximately twelve weeks and one of my friends received reply from DIAC saying his refund will get within six weaks. But problem is why DIAC take such long time to repay the money. As every one knows it is take to process maximum two or three days via electronic transfer (computer system take only 8 seconds to transfer any amount of money from any country to any country). However you will contact them after finalise schedule 3 uz 496 applicants and it is better to keep ur police clearence updated.

As I had noticed no one has got the letter in few weeks. But today I got a call from some guys that his agent is saying that he should download the form from DIAC website and send it to department for refund. But he is saying that he does not want to do so as he does not receive any refund notification from DIAC.
Chris Evans is not going to return now even if present Government comes into power. So it means his policies will also be terminated. But the question here is then why are they still continuing with the priority processing. They should stop all the processing. And wait for the new Government to take in.

even do you know latest updates of capping and ceasing visa application? In australia 2060 dollars=half month salary.but srilanka 2060 dollars=one year salary. this is the real situation.

There is rumour in the air and remember this is just a rumor can be true also...
If Julia Gillard forms the next Government, she is likely to reshuffle her cabinet because new PMs almost always do so. She might well move Senator Evans, Evans would welcome this. Evans is particularly interested in Immigration and that he is sick of being "beaten up" about the irregular maritime arrivals.
Evans would welcome a move if somebody else can be persuaded to take over the Immigration portfolio, I do not know whether Ms Gillard would have anyone in mind.
In this sort of situation, the only pollie who would probably not be reshuffled is Wayne Swan, the Treasurer.
2. If Abbott forms the next Government instead, the rumour is that he would bring back either Philip Ruddock or Kevin Andrews. Both of them have been the Minister for Immi before. Presumably they are interested in the subject. Ruddock was the Minister for Immi before I started to take an interest in migration to Oz so I don't know anything about him.
