Case Officer for Category 5
Hi All,
I am a May 2008 Applicant on Priority 5. I was allocated a case office on the 25th Jan 2012. I am over the moon!!! excited and cant believe that its happening after more than 3.5 years!!!
I have a problem though. I am 7 months pregnant. which means I cannot do the X-ray that is needed for the medicals. I have a few questions and i would be extremely grateful if someone would be able to answer me
1. Can I get a waiver on the X-Ray as i had it done earlier, but the 1 year mark is over.
2. If i have to wait till the baby is born to get a PR stamp, will my baby also get a PR or is it possible to get a citizenship straight away for the baby?
3. Am i eligible for any Maternity paid leave or Baby bonus?
4. If it is only a PR for my baby, will the child get a Citizenship when I apply for one?

Could you please provide me with the following information, why i am asking is i applied under Financial Institution Branch manager category Subclass 176 in August 2008, but havent heard anything from immi govt as of today. it would go a long way towards estimating when my application will be allocated to a case officer
1.Under which occupation did you apply
2.Which subclass
3.Did you apply on shore or off shore

Subclass 885, Hairdresser and it was an Onshore application.
