Cash Incentives for Doctors to Work in Australia: How do we apply?

A recent news said the Aus Medical Association is offering Aus residents to entice overseas doctors to be General Practitioners in rural Aus. It said that an Aus resident will nominate the doctor from overseas and when it finalised he or she will get a lump sum.

Anyone who knows how this is going to be? Where will the Aus resident go to? To an AMA office?

Advice needed on this. Thanks!
