Completely confused :( Difficult decision

Hi,

I was assessed as "Software and Applications Programmers nec - ANZSCO Code 261399" by ACS in Oct, 2010 and soon after I lodged 176 state sponsored visa application.

ACS declared me suitable for "Software and Applications Programmer nec" but my list of job titles which I provided to ACS for assessment had also one managerial job title which I have been given since 2009. In fact, before 2009 I didn't have managerial post but easily qualified to get assessed as "Software and Application Programmer" as I worked 4+ year in software development companies as a Software and Application Programmer.  

These days, I am totally confused and cannot make decision whether to quit my current job and get job which isn't managerial e.g. Software Developer etc. Will it effect visa decision if I continue my current job as Software Project Manager or I should quit my job and try to get job of Software and Application Programmer to be considered for ANZSCO Code 261399.

Please help me in making such a crucial decision. Thanks
