DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST SHOWN MET & MEDICALS AND PCC ARE RECALLED BY CO.

HI SUSAN,

 

My all documents checklist shown met, and my medicals & PCC are recalled by my case officer. They said both things are expired. I had attended to Penal Doctor for medical and had apply for PCC on 11/11/2010 & 12/11/2010 respectively. My agent informed my CO reagrding my medicals and PCC by sending acknowledgement receipts via email. 

 

I have one more question, my case officer asked for the IELTS of my wife but we will pay the II nd Instalment. Should my case officer have any objection if we will pay the fees rather then IELTS of my wife.

 

what will be the next step.

may I know you or your agent cotacted with co then, Co told you for medical & pcc?
cause your last post susan suggested you to contact with Case Officer.

Hi Vaibhav,

No, my agent have not contacted my CO, my CO advise my agent to have medicals & PCC again. Susan told me to contact CO after 2 months from the date of verification but my CO replied with in 2 months.

thank's for your replay I thnaik they are really going by lodgement date. when last month one 475 application got visa & lodgement date is in may & your june & I am July I think next is my turn.

my one I have submitted in September 4th of 2009.

Hi Dinesh

Your agent has done the right thing, by sending evidence that you have applied for fresh PCCs and attended your medicals. Re your wife's IELTS, your CO should not have any problem at all with you paying the fees instead.
