Hi,
I am really frustrated to know that "Cat4 will be processed after cat 1,2&3 are finalised". Is it really possible to
finalise all applications of cat1,2 &3 in a certain time? As we know
everyday new applications are adding. It is only possible if they declare to
stop taking new applications until existing cases complete. They are totally
deceiving with us as during lodgment on June 2009 we knew that our application
will be finalised within one year. The next episode you all know very well. We
can do nothing against them except praying to God. May God bless them.
Regards
Zaman

Permalink Reply by deepak verma on July 30, 2010 at 17:37 hi guys
well i agree with all of you
but to those who had been ceased ,you guys sill can fight for your rights ,even in the court ,never give up,
every new responsible wants to leave his fingers print ,dose not care about those people who are destroyed because of his decisions
they do nt care for example how the applicant might fight to get money and many other things like wasting people s ages .
anyway,
we who are in category 4 ,still have hope in Jesus ,but i ask everyone to sue and to do something to prevent these kind of things
(who applied should be treated accordng the rules at the time he applied ?)
crying at home and on forum has no effect ,get your right.
be blessed
hello guljinder
sorry for late response
happy new year
i dont know if i got you wrong , did u mean that Diac might change its decisions to a good ones?
well even if the Diac is puppet ,its ok but we are not
so what do you think we should do ?,
let me tell you, i dont accept even thinking of being treated this way?
you know if they put this long period to make us despaired,so they are wrong, and we will wait and get our visa by gods help.
i think everyone of us consider Australia as our mother country ,we r ready to work and to give this country our effort and to raise it as we all i think seeks for home embrace us?
we have great things we need to achieve but if we treated like this it kills many of these feelings,i ll never be able to explain.
be blessed

Permalink Reply by Susan Wareham McGrath on January 5, 2011 at 7:40 I still believe that if a person applies for a visa in the expectation that a decision will be made on it within a reasonable time, that decision should be made. In my opinion, it is shameful to keep people waiting for years, essentially forcing them to put their lives on hold, hoping every day that THIS will be the day they get an answer.
Petitions, pleas, letters, none of these things have the power to change the situation, nor does the fact that Australia's reputation as an immigration destination is becoming tarnished by the constant changes and the backlog that DIAC should have anticipated many years ago.
The only thing that will change the situation is a complete culture change within DIAC - a change that involves lobbying for the funding to address its responsibilities to provide an efficient immigration service and treat visa applicants with the respect inherenent in its slogan "People - our business".
