Help required

Hi all and dear Susan can somebody plz guide me what does application finalised on 1-6-09 mean . I m in cat 5, 475. Case officer appointed but no progress after that. Plz help. I have submitted all my documents on the request of the CO but still the status shows required.

Hi Shikha

Finalised usually means a decision has been made. The status of "required" could be there just because the admin people haven't updated your online status yet. As usual, that's just general advice, I don't know the details of your case, so can't advise you definitely.

Log on to your online status, and click on the "message" link next to "Application Finalised" (as below) - see what it says.

Hi Susan ,
First of lot many thks 2 u . It says Unable to provide further information at this time.

If you have not already received notification about the status of your visa please contact the Department by selecting the Contact the Department link on the Application Status Page. Its the same since 1-6-09. Plz guide me what i have 2 do further.

I suggest you follow DIAC's instructions - it will not have any adverse effect on your situation if you do so and you need to know the situation.
