how I can find Sponsor from Australia ?

Greeting to All I am working in middle east country of Kuwait since-2004 till now.As a long Haul trailer  truck driver. I have more than ten years of Driving experience with US army in middle east.Now I am looking same job in Australia trucking sector. But problem is how I can find Sponsor from Australia for work permit ?If you feel that you can help in any way, I would really appreciate it
