medical for wife

i am going to apply for my wifes visa i have 475 visa of australia but she is pregnent for 1 month so i want  to know that is this effect our application some one told me that is ig risky for the baby to do exray . plz advice me what should i do

my other question is i am on 475 visa in adelaide i want to know that can i change my state from sa to victoria if i can then what is the procedure for this as i checked on DIAC web sit the mentioned that if u want to change state then u must notify both the state current and new state in which u want to go

my other question is as 475 visa is a three year vis in which i need to work for one year in regional area and two year stay in that area i want to know that can i do work in metro like melbourne  for two year and stay nearmelbourne and after two year i will start in reginal area is it possible plz let me know
