Dear Gill and Susan
Here is my conditions;
Sub class 475 off-shore applicant for Queenslasnd as a recreation officer.
QLD state nomination approved - 06 Mar. 2009.
All docs and application lodged - 02 April 2009
I got an email from DIAC on 15 June 2012 saying that as they haven't yet received the approved state nomination, form 1100, from the QLD department, you are encouraged to contact the QLD department and ask them to provide it for DIAC. If they don't receive the approved state nomination, form 1100, your visa will not be successful.
So, my agent asked the QLD department to provide the form 1100 for DIAC but QLD department refused to do so for the reason that my occupation is not currently on the eligible skills list for the state nomination.
However, at the time my occupation was approved for nomination by QLD department, my occupation was on the list. That's why they approved the nomination for my occupation.
By the way, after so long a time, I can't understand that they raise the issue about the form 1100 and that QLD department can't provide the form 1100 for DIAC for that reason.
QLD department admits the truth that they approved my occupation for the state nomination and that they didn't send the form 1100 to DIAC. QLD department insists, however, that they can't send the form 1100 to DIAC because my occupation is not currently on the eligible skills list.
I've been waiting for my visa to be approved for more than 3 years and this is what I hear; no state nomination, no visa, although I already got the approved state nomination.
I am now so frustrated. Isn't there any tiny chance to get it through? PLEASE!
