regarding form 1100

hi \

    i have applied for ss for albury (NSW) in may 2009 and it was approved and i applied for 487 visa in april 2010. i called to immi to check the process of my application in may 2012 and they says they didnt recieve the form 1100.and now i called to nsw state agency and they saying they will process it within 3 weeks but my friends told me that immi is not accepting the form 1100 now. so can any one please tell me what i need to do now . thanks

I am in the same situation. I had my file rejected because of non-receipt of form 1100 since back in 2009, as MRDB failed to sent the form 1100 to Immi as MRDB didnt received the email of my File Reference Number from my lawyer. I waited waited waited and my lawyer didn't cared to follow up and my degree got re-accessed last year October 2011. Case officer appointed and rejected my application for 487 visas because of non-receipt of form 1100 by that time and now they consider it as a new application because of re-accessed degree and says not on the SMP list neither the old occupation listed on Murray. So had to finally changed my lawyer to a better one and lodged an MRT case. Waiting again from MRT to make final call. Suffering without any fault. 

I suggest you better talk to your case officer if assigned already, or try to follow up with MRDB as why they haven't sent the form 1100 yet. Better to sort it out quickly before its too late.

hi

i called to the MRDB and they sent my form 1100 on 16th august and then i called to the immi and they recieved it but they says my file is in now priority 5 and when the nomination will approve it will come to the priority 3. please reply me if anyone have any idea about that.\
