Hey Maria,
U have similar application like me.......Difference is I have provisional visa ... I applied on 30 August 2007. Job verification was done on 3-3-09. Medical and PCC are uploaded second time in February...
U have a very good IELTS score .. So I think U need not to worry.
Can someone please tell me whether secondary applicant IELTS score Listening :5 Reading :4 Writing: 5 Speaking :6
Overall :5 band is eligible for PR application of australia
Yes, it is, Kashyap. They need an overall band score of 4.5. The test has to have been sat within 12 months before you made your application.

They're still eligible to apply for PR as a secondary applicant even if they don't make the 4.5 score; they just need to pay an extra fee in that case.

But the figures you've mentioned above are fine.

For anyone else who is interested in this issue, here is a link to DIAC's information about it: http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/175/eligib...

Best regards
Susan

Hi Akon

I'm sorry, but I only know Australian immigration law; I don't know what the UK  requires.  Here is a link to the UK government immigration department: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/

Best wishes

Hello Susan

I am so frustrated and upset my husband and my self applied for Australian immigration in May of 2007 and completed IELTS with a score of 7.5 and 8 and also completed our medicals after a long wait in 2010 we received a letter from the immigration about the cap and cease and since our immigration papers were filed under 138BQ our immigration papers were considered as not filed and we could claim our immigration fee.

With no help or further information from out Agent VISAID from India, we decided to wait in-case there were further changes and my be we stood a second chance.

We have now applied for a refund for our immigration fee its been 7 months but no reply from them, our agent is also not able to help us. We placed all our dreams and future hoping we would make a good life and future for us and our daughter. Its frustrating to wait this long come so close to out dreams and to be turned down at the very end.

Sorry to give you my long case but is there a chance of us reviving our case what can i do?
