Spouse visa for 475 visa holder

I hav 475 vIsa I got in 2010 I went to Australia just for my entry and come back to India now I want to apply for my wife visa so pls tell me how can I apply for this visa and what document and fees for spouse visa some one told me that I need a job in Australia to apply for my wife visa pls tell me because I hav no job in Australia as I am in India nd I want to go to Australia with my wife and what is the processing time for this visa thanks
