The Victorian Government SMP will be implemented no earlier than October 2010.
Now it has been just a fun to see implementation of SMP. At the end of every month Victorian Government declars that SMP will be implemented no earlier than NEXT month. After the implementation of ANZCO Code I saw victorian government saying SMPs will be implemented no earlier than August 1st, then No earlier than Sep 1st, and today I saw that it won't be no earlier than Oct :)
God knows when will it be implemented. Now, everthings seem quite unpredictable and getting Australian immigration seems like a dream.
