Dont be hopeless.State migration plan not yet! Be cool & hope for the best.475 sub class is still on catagory 5 but in the slow process.DIAC didnot cancell the processing of 475 its moving according to priority.

Dear Munira,

Your Photograph says everything. But don't loose hope. The late in granting the visa may also be in favour of our fate.
( Life is always how you take it ) Presently there is a huge problem of employment also. B positive, keep talking, It will give tempo to bare the situation for you and me too.

Today I'm delighted after wait of 2.5 years since we received Request to get our PCC and medicals redone since they expired. It seems something postive is coming our way and that Cat 5 are slowly but gradually looked upon.Hope all waiting would receive similar request in days to come.

Lets hope for the best.

My timelines : SA SS : Feb'2008, Visa Applied : May'2008(HR), Medicals PCC done and Met : July 2009, Job : Mgmt Consultant , Silence post Sept 23,2009. Today received response to get PCC and Medicals redone, All Others Met.

Dont give-up hopes.
The applications are moving faster than any other time in last 12 months.
I got my visa last month, one of my colleagues in this month.
There are also so many people with visas grant.

I think ur turn will be soon.

don't be hopeless there is one thing positive about our class 475 that aus govt didn't count us for pre sep2007 capping.so late but not too late we will get our 475 class sa\tarted. ok bye.

should those who got state sponsorship already have to apply for the same again once the state plan is out?
or not needed.
i got my ss on october 2008.
shhould i have to apply for ss once again once the state migration plan is out?
or not.
should we have to wait untill the end of 2012 to get finalised of our visa application?
it is really unbelievab;le time limit set by the au govt.
at the time applying the consultant and au govt did n't tell us that it will take such a long time.

I am very confusing, for those who are under Cat 5 and 6, which of the following is corrected:

a) the applications are unlikely to be processed by end of 2012 (which also means that we have to wait for another 2.5 years at least) OR
b) the applications will be finalised within three years of the date of the applications (I lodged my application in Oct 2008, which means they will process my application by Oct 2011, ie. I have to wait for another 1 year and 3 months)

Can anyone help me?
