What is LAFA?Can anyone explain please?

Hii Susan and others, I arrived in Sydney on last 21st July and have been applying for IT jobs on internet. I got some calls from agents. Regarding my salary expectations, they are asking me about is my figure including LAFA or excluding it. I am confused about this LAFA thing. The experts here, Can you please explain a little. It would be a great help for me for settling down in Australia.
