What the next after Natural Justice?

Hello,

After a long time I am here for seeking your help. I am Cat 4 State Sponsored(475), lodgement June 2009. My job verification was done on Aug 2010 and got Natural Justice on Mid Feb'2011 asking some clarification.  In addition I like to say that they physically visited my company and found that my position as a Manager is right but some responsibilities mentioned in my Job letter is not correct. It happened only I failed to show supporting papers in the spot. I sent my clarification explaining everything within 28 days.After that within three months is going but I got nothing response. Is there any possibility to make it positive? Please share your knowledge and experience regarding my case.

Hello r u applied from australia or from your home country? i mean did u study here or applied for off shore visa?

This happpens, unfortumately.   It can take several months to sort it out because the CO often has to consult more senior Managers etc before they decide whether or not to grant the visa.  Also, each CO at the ASPC is responsible for about 300 active visa applications at any one time, so the demands on the CO's own time are immense, which means that the CO won't have dealt with the additional information that you sent as soon as the CO received it, and then other people have to be consulted etc.


Are you sponsored by a State government or by a Family member?    This is relevant because if your visa is refused, your Sponsor has a right to lodge an appeal to the Migration Review Tribunal.   A State can lodge an appeal on the applicant's behalf but most States decline to do so.   A Family sponsor can more or less be relied on to lodge an appeal to the MRT. So who is sponsoring your sc 475 application, please?

zaman sorry to say but DIAC  always likes to punch and blastoff anyones hopes in cool bl...d  manners and specially enjoy  more if  poor buddy is helpless like us. and there is nothing to defend for

so lets pray ,may be it would realize them they are dealing with humans of same earth

I have the same case with you. Have been through already? My case is still pending. they gave me letter of natural justice which I replied to about 3 months ago. uptil now I have not heard anything from DIAC. Please can u keep me posted?
