've heard that no1 (who lodged file in 2008) wl get SIR visa (subclass 475) b4 2012. Is it right? it's horrible! generally when immi office assign a new law, it works on the applicants who submit their file after this law. but here it wl work on all applicants even who lodged file even in , 2008. is it true? they wont even refund if we claim our money back! hw dare! the authority gave us word at first that it wl take only 9-12 months. then they told it wl take 12-18 months.and now they are saying that no1 wl get visa b4 2012!!! they r cheating with lot's of ppl through out the world... we all should lodge a case against them!!!
