I had lodged my Application on 20/12/2010 for subclass 176 visa.I had a state nomination from ACT.I was asked to do my medicals and Police Clearing in the month Feb 2011. I have already submitted the document along with my work experience certificate. So far i have not heard any thing from the case officer. How long it will take for my application to get finalised. Pls let me know Regds. Amit  See More

"the smp will be updated by the end of september. you can iodge your application once the SMP is updated and if your occupation is on the SMP of ACT."

"if you got your state nomination and if your occupation is listed on the new SOL list released in july, you are eligible to apply subclass 176. if neither your occupation in SOL, nor on the SMP of ACT, you can't."
