if you withdraw you will not get your visa charges back, my suggestion is to keep your application going, you could lodge a new application under new rules but again it might cost you money, i am in the same position as you, there…"

family sponosred applications will be processed only after other priority applications are processed, you will not get case officer sometime soon , there is no definete time frame when you will get an case officer may be it make take years,…"
