DIAC sets the record straight on yet another "boat people" email

In particular,  they most certainly do NOT receive “thousands of dollars in welfare benefits”  as claimed in the email. FACT 2People in immigration are…See More

Hi Susan

My name is Stephen, I am 25 years old and am from Manchester, England. Next month I will be sitting my final exams at Manchester Metropolitan University and I am looking at persuing a career in eductation. The course I will be completing next month is  a BA (Hons) History Degree and after I finish this course I am going to take a course in learning a language. I am interested in teaching and will be applying to take a PGCE teaching course this year and hopefully be accepted next September.

I am just wondering if you would be able to advise me on where I could find information on a career in education in Australia, and the requirments and experience I would need if teaching posistions became available in the near future.

Kind Regards

Stephen Reed
