Hi all,
Just wondering if someone can help. My Partner was granted permanent residency 18 months ago by getting sponsored under an Employee Nomination Scheme in Qld.
We both now want to move to Melbourne, which would mean he will no longer be linked to the company.
Does this mean he will loose his Permanent residency?
Any help appreciated
Thanks
Kellie

Hi,
I have seen that Pastry Cook ( 4512-13) appears on the NT Occupation Shortage List 2010. I would be grateful if somebody could tell me if the list will have changes or is still applicable, as I am a little bit confused since Pastry Cook is not on the SOL on the immigration website.
Thanks.
