I have lodged the VISA application along with my ACSunder general migration skills on 1 Mar, 2011. The eVisa status is showing the receipt of fee as well on the particular date. I have lodged all the necessary documents of myself, my wife and my baby excpet my wife's IELTS test result which is still to be gone through. Just wondering if someone can help.  My Partner was granted permanent residency 18 months ago by getting sponsored under an Employee Nomination Scheme in Qld.

We both now want to move to Melbourne, which would mean he will no longer be linked to the company.

Does this mean he will loose his Permanent residency?
