Is there any way to get TR ( Graduate 485 visa) faster?

I have applied for Graduate 485 visa in august, 2010. My occupation is accountant
and I got 7 each in all modules in IELTS but couldn't apply for PR as I had 5 points
short ( my age is 31).
Now I have taken admission in SMIPA in nov 2010. Here I want to ask you
that Is there any way to get TR faster because I have heard from my
friends that sometimes it takes more than 11/2 year to get TR. My problem is ,
if i get TR after more than a year, then my IELTS will become ivalid( valid till jan 2012)
Secondly I have to apply according to new point system i.e 65 points.
So is there any way I can get TR before JAN 2012.

My Dear friend,
You can't do any thing to get TR and Visa.Iam telling this from my own experience.Hope fully wait and do your routine work one day you will get msg.
