what happened about my application

my application was launched in aug.2007 & that time my occupation was on modl & my subclass is 138. my medical & pcc both submitted successfully now, what happened i don't know. pls. tell if my application will be effected or not & who is responcible for all my agent cost & medical cost everything.................
