When can you leave a company after getting Visa on an Employer Nomination Scheme

Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can help.  My Partner was granted permanent residency 18 months ago by getting sponsored under an Employee Nomination Scheme in Qld.

We both now want to move to Melbourne, which would mean he will no longer be linked to the company.

Does this mean he will loose his Permanent residency?
